Returns & Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy is based on a 30-day time frame.
After the 30 day period, all purchases are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. If you have received a product from us that you are not fully satisfied with, we will be happy to accept the return within the 30 day period for a full refund of the merchandise grand total (minus return shipping fees).
Products must be returned in the original, new condition. We will not accept any merchandise that has been washed, damaged, broken, or altered with in any way. Please take extra care when handling the product(s), especially with fabrics that have delicate hand embroidery or silk.
Banarsi Designs LLC reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy guidelines.
Please keep in mind that return shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund. The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees. In situations where an error was made on our part such as: wrong or damaged item shipped, a full refund which includes all shipping costs will be granted.

- Use our contact form (or e-mail email@example.com) to get in touch with us. Be sure to provide your order number, full name, email address, and the product you are returning.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your request.
- A return shipping label will be e-mailed to you with instructions.
- Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the product.

Our customers are welcome to exchange their products within the 30 day period (from the date when the product has been delivered).
While we ask our customers to pay for return shipping, we will gladly pay the shipping cost on all exchange requests. In other words, our customers are responsible for paying return shipping while Banarsi Designs LLC agrees to pay all shipping fees for the requested exchangeable merchandise.
How are Refunds Issued?
All refunds on returns will be credited back to the credit card used during the transaction. In situations where we have trouble processing the refund, we will send you a check and notify you by e-mail or phone.
Customers outside of USA
