At Banarsi Designs LLC, we take great pride in the beauty and craftsmanship of our unique interior décor products. We truly care about our customers and want you to be 100% satisfied and happy every single time you purchase from us. Every package we ship is packed with great attention to detail and every single product is always carefully inspected prior to shipping.
Please keep in mind that due to the hand crafted features on the majority of our merchandise, some products may have natural imperfections; therefore, the fabric and the embroidered elements may vary. This is totally normal and would not be considered a ‘defect’ by any means.
Our return and exchange policy is based on a 30-day time frame (from the date when the product has been delivered). After the 30 day period, all purchases are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. If you have received a product from us that you are not fully satisfied with, we will be happy to accept the return within the 30 day period for a full refund of the merchandise grand total (excluding the return shipping fees) that will be discount from the grand total refund.
Very Important: Products must be returned in the same condition and original packing. We will not accept any merchandise that has been washed, damaged, broken, or altered with in any way. Please take extra care when handling the product(s), especially with fabrics that have delicate hand embroidery or silk.
Banarsi Designs LLC reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy guidelines.
Please keep in mind that return shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund. The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees. In situations where an error was made on our part such as: wrong or damaged item shipped, a full refund which includes all shipping costs will be granted.
How Can I Return My Product ? (Applies to Customers in USA Only)
Please follow the steps below to submit your request for a Return to make sure it is processed quickly and accurately:
- Use our Banarsi Returns & Exchanges Center, and provide your name, email address, and the details of why you are returning your product. Please also include your order number with your message. Note: You can also submit a return request by using our contact form.
- Once you have sent your message to us, please allow up to 24 hours for us to respond back with a confirmation and next steps to follow.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you with a link to print your UPS Return shipping label that you will be asked to tape to the original shipping box.
- You must include the original invoice inside the box you are returning to help us quickly process your request.

While we ask our customers to pay for return shipping, we will gladly pay the shipping cost on all exchange requests. In other words, our customers are responsible for paying return shipping while Banarsi Designs LLC agrees to pay all shipping fees for the requested exchangeable merchandise.
How are Refunds Issued?
All refunds on returns will be credited back only to the original credit card that was used for your transaction. In situations where we have trouble processing the refund, we will send you a check and notify you by e-mail or phone.
Customers in Canada & Outside of United States (Very Important)
