Our USA shipping rates
The shipping rate which is calculated during the checkout process is an additional cost that is added to the merchandise total to cover expenses associated with shipping fees.

When will my order ship?
All in-stock items typically ship between 1 to 3 business days after the order has been placed. Shipments are processed for delivery between Monday – Saturday (excluding holidays).
All out-of stock items are placed on backorder and will not be available for adding to your cart until we physically get the product in stock. If there is a product that you are interested in, but it is out of stock, you can contact us and we will let you know what the next steps should be.
We Now Ship to Canada – Important Terms
We are very excited to now offer shipping to our shoppers in Canada! However, it is important that you understand the terms and conditions prior to placing your order with us to avoid any unexpected surprises.
Our products ship from USA to Canada with United States Post Office via First Class Mail International for packages under 4 pounds and with Priority Mail for packages over 4 pounds . Delivery time typically takes approximately 10-14 days and packages ship within 1 to 3 business days from the original date of purchase.
You should be aware that you might be responsible for paying fees associated with custom duties (possibly between 10-15%). These fees are outside of our control and are regulated by your country, so please keep this in mind prior to placing your order. You will be responsible for paying these fees.
All orders and shipments to Canada are final. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted from International orders. If you have any questions prior to placing your order, please call us at (800) 773-0984 or e-mail us at email@example.com.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery will usually take anywhere between 4-8 days within United States from the point when the order is shipped. All orders are shipped from our Massachusetts warehouse and the delivery time will vary depending on the distance to the final destination. We strive to provide a speedy delivery process for all of our customers, but there may be situations at times beyond our control where you might experience a delay in delivery.
International Shipping (Outside of USA & Canada)
We are happy to offer International shipping to our customers who are located outside of USA and Canada. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions about placing an order. Please note: Paypal is the primary source of credit card processing for all countries outside US & CA.
Is it possible to have my order rushed?
While ground shipping is our standard delivery option at the moment, we are more than happy to rush your order upon request. Send us an e-mail prior to placing your order at email@example.com so that we can provide you with the best quote on express shipping options and offer more information.
Tracking your shipment
With UPS and USPS, we want to make sure you always know where your package is and have the ability to track it. After your package ships, we will e-mail you the tracking ID, so you can use it easily and monitor your delivery progress status.

Is your shipping information 100% correct?
When placing your order, please be extra careful to make sure you enter the correct billing and shipping information during every step of the Checkout process.
We are not responsible for all orders and packages that are shipped to incorrect mailing addresses. If you suspect an order has been placed using incorrect information, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so that we can help resolve the problem.
You are responsible for making sure that all of your shipping information is 100% correct. If an order is shipped out and delivered to the wrong address, Banarsi Designs LLC is not responsible and will not offer a refund.
On occasion, we will offer our customers special promotional codes that can be applied towards discounted shipping. Simply apply it during the checkout process and your order will instantly reflect the new re-calculated amount.
